Job summary

Talentedge is seeking an experienced Project Manager (Operations / Business Transformation) to lead a varied portfolio of operational and business transformation projects in Bath, with 2-3 days a week in the office. This is not IT/technical.

You will take ideas through implementation, coordinating teams and external partners to deliver real change. You’ll drive delivery, manage plans, budgets and risks, report to senior stakeholders, support procurement, and capture lessons learned to

Qualifications

• Strong project planning and delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage budgets, risks and multiple priorities.
• Collaborative, practical approach to problem solving.
• Commercial awareness and experience working with suppliers.
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders and governance groups.
• PRINCE2, AgilePM or equivalent qualification would be useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation through to delivery and review.
• Build and manage project plans, budgets, milestones and resources.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders and external suppliers.
• Facilitate workshops and project meetings.
• Provide updates and reporting to senior stakeholders.
• Support procurement, contracts and budget management.
• Capture lessons learned and drive continuous improvement.
