About the Role

KJ Talent & Partners is exclusively hiring an Operations Product Development Manager for their London-based global team. The role involves delivering projects efficiently, reducing development lead times, managing risks, and ensuring quality, cost, and service standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Global Marketing Team on new product briefs, focusing on design-to-cost, profitability, sustainability, and innovation.
• Work with cross-functional teams throughout the NPD launch cycle.
• Manage product launches and project development, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Monitor feasibility costs, COGS, and gross margin analysis in coordination with Finance.
• Identify and manage risks related to timing, quality, and costs.
• Improve launch processes, tools, and procedures.
• Maintain the Stage Gate process.

About You

• Over 4 years of project management experience, especially in launching global products with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in developing products and packaging within the beauty industry, particularly in luxury perfume, skincare, or makeup.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, international environment with strong relationship management skills.
• Creative, innovative, and analytical with problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in French is highly desirable.
