Zero Surplus in Hertfordshire is seeking an Operations Co-ordinator to support the full lifecycle of order fulfilment, from supplier coordination to client communication and logistics management.

You will raise purchase orders, place supplier orders, investigate discrepancies, and work with internal teams and partners to ensure timely delivery. A strong customer-service mindset and professionalism are essential, with a generous salary and bonus scheme after probation.

Responsibilities

• Raise purchase orders through internal processes.
• Place orders with suppliers to initiate supply chain.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies raised by clients, suppliers, or internal teams.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Escalate ongoing issues to senior management for swift resolution.
• Negotiate with third-party service providers to support delivery of services.
