Pole Star Global is seeking an Operations Officer in the United Kingdom to monitor real-time maritime activity, assess risks, and provide timely guidance to captains and clients. The role involves shift-based work, including weekends, with on-call duties to ensure continuous operational coverage.

As an Operations Officer you’ll work from modern and open plan offices. The primary function of this role is to assist maritime assets minimising security risks on the open waters. You will be a primary point of contact in ensuring safety of seafarers. This is a full-time role involving shift-based work, including weekends, to ensure operational coverage. Working hours will average 38.5hours per week. Due to the nature of the business, an on-call rota is may be required as part of this role.
