Batch is seeking an Operations Manager to work closely with the co-founders. We want someone who will add immediate value and aligns with our vision to become the leading made-to-order brand globally.

The remuneration will depend on experience and fit. Industry experience is valued but not mandatory; we prioritize potential, ambition, and cultural fit.

Our current base is a flagship store in Seven Dials, Covent Garden, featuring a cafe, bar, live DJ, private fitting rooms, and more.

Our store is the hub of activity—hosting collaborations, events, and attracting a community of customers and influencers. You will be at the heart of this vibrant environment.

This role offers growth opportunities, supporting the founders in expanding our retail presence and developing strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Manage Batch Model operations, track and oversee order progress, ensure timelines and quality standards.
• Place and improve monthly purchase orders (POs).
• Monitor stock levels, conduct demand forecasting, and optimize material usage.
• Visit manufacturers weekly, manage supplier relationships, and source new suppliers as needed.
• Manage stock, coordinate order logistics, and ensure timely delivery.
• Handle import/export of materials and products.
• Analyze business metrics and support data-driven decision-making.
• Assist in new product development and operational delivery.
• Support sales activities and shop floor operations.
• Support founders and retail team in exploring international expansion and localized production opportunities.

Ideal Candidate:

• 2+ years in consumer product operations, preferably in fashion.
• Ambitious, hardworking self-starter motivated by growth opportunities.
• Strong communicator with a positive attitude.
• Detail-oriented operator capable of managing multiple tasks.
• Proficient in Excel (medium-high level).
• Comfortable in a start-up environment, adaptable to fast-paced, unpredictable days.
