They are now hiring a new NPD Manager to help develop innovative products by shaping, validating, and delivering exceptional new offerings. This is a BRAND NEW ROLE created due to significant growth, presenting a unique opportunity for the right candidate!

What skills are required?

• At least 3 years of Product Development experience.
• Experience working for an FMCG challenger brand, preferably in Food & Drink or Health & Wellness sectors.
• Strong project management skills.
• Proven Quality & Technical experience, including collaboration with operations and procurement teams.
• A genuine passion for the Health & Wellness / Fitness space.

What does the company offer?

• Salary from £50k to £70k, depending on experience.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, with options to buy or sell holiday days.
• Two days a week in the office.
