Batch is seeking an Operations Manager to work alongside the co-founders. We want someone who can add immediate value and share our vision to become the leading made-to-order brand globally.

The exact remuneration will depend on experience and suitability. While industry experience is valued, potential, ambition, and cultural fit are key hiring criteria.

Our current flagship store is in Seven Dials, Covent Garden, featuring a cafe, bar, live DJ vinyl setup, bespoke private fitting rooms, and more.

We operate a busy shop, collaborate with various brands, host events, and maintain a vibrant community of customers and influencers. The store is central to our brand development, and you will be at the heart of it.

This role offers significant growth opportunities, supporting the founders in expanding our retail presence and strategic planning.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing Batch Model operations and order progress
• Placing and improving purchase orders
• Monitoring stock levels and demand forecasting
• Overseeing production visits and supplier relationships
• Managing stock, logistics, and import/export processes
• Analyzing business metrics and supporting strategy
• Assisting with new product development
• Supporting sales and the shop floor
• Supporting international expansion efforts

Ideal candidate profile:

• At least 2 years in consumer product operations, fashion preferred
• Ambitious, hardworking self-starter
• Strong communicator with positive attitude
• Attention to detail and task completion focus
• Proficient in Excel (medium-high level)
