Job summary

Healeys Cornish Cyder Farm is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Production & Supply Chain teams, ensure safety and quality, and drive continuous improvement. The role requires planning materials, managing inventories, and delivering KPIs for cost and service.

You will report to the Production Director and work toward a CI culture, collaborating with quality and process teams to exceed customer expectations while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Health & safety knowledge and compliance are essential.
• Experience with HACCP/quality systems is required.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills are expected.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Production & Supply Chain teams.
• Maintain Health & Safety compliance across all operations.
• Plan production and scheduling to ensure resource adequacy and cost control.
• Drive continuous improvement to achieve World Class manufacturing.
• Control inventories of raw materials and finished goods to meet demand.
