Operations Manager (Wealth Management / IFA)

Location: London

Description:

We are seeking an Operations Manager with a background in Wealth Management or IFA to join a close-knit financial advisory firm based in Teddington. The role offers a salary between £60,000 - £70,000, 36 days holiday, flexible working hours, hybrid working once a week, and a supportive company environment.

The company has been operating for 35 years, managing £80 million, and prides itself on a bespoke, holistic approach to financial advice. They are experiencing organic growth and seek an individual to overhaul existing processes related to client management, compliance, administration, and HR. The focus is on continuous improvement to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all functions.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations of the business
2. Implement new processes and procedures
3. Ensure FCA compliance
4. Manage a flexible 8.5-hour workday, Monday to Friday, with a one-hour lunch break
