Job summary

Failte Solar is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead UK operations across a multi-location distribution network (Reading, Redditch, Glasgow). Reporting to the General Manager, you will drive operational excellence, inventory availability, logistics performance and customer service standards while coordinating cross-functional teams.

• Minimum 3 years in Operations, preferably in distribution.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001:2015 regulations.
• Working knowledge of ISO27001 and ISO14001 regulations.
• Strong communication across functions and levels.

• Oversee daily operations ensuring safety, quality, service, cost and delivery objectives are met.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and drive continuous improvement.
