Job summary

Centreco is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead and optimise solar PV installation operations across the UK. You will report to the Operations Director and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and profitably while maintaining high quality standards.

You will manage cross-functional teams, drive governance, and implement continuous improvement initiatives to support growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale commercial construction, renewable energy or engineering operations.
• Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams of 30+ employees.
• Experience developing and implementing operational governance frameworks and management systems.
• Strong commercial understanding of project delivery, programme management and cost control.
• Experience implementing ISO management systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational delivery across multiple concurrent UK projects.
• Develop and maintain governance, reporting and improvement processes.
• Drive safety, quality, accountability and continuous improvement across projects.
• Oversee allocation of resources and performance against KPIs.
