Responsibilities

  • Monitor sales and expenditure and ensure that agreed budgets are achieved.
  • Ensure all operating and service standards are maintained.
  • Allocate and deploy staff to cover all areas adequately.
  • Ensure that all staff are fully trained and competent in their roles.
  • Oversee customer service departments to meet customer satisfaction goals.
  • Prepare, revise and submit reports and budgets.
  • Communicate information to departments for management.
  • Develop individual program budgets.
  • Manage payroll and employee benefits.
  • Disburse checks for agency expenses.
  • Meet regularly with the Executive Director around fiscal planning.
  • Supervise and coach office manager weekly.
