Homes for Students is seeking an Operations Manager to lead our General Managers across multiple UK locations, driving operational excellence and exceptional student experiences. You will shape operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and foster a culture of performance and service excellence.

You will collaborate with diverse teams to implement KPI-driven improvements and balance a mission-driven approach with commercial success.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role (leadership of General Managers).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Track record of managing KPIs and driving positive outcomes.
• Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
• Knowledge of facilities management, health & safety, and compliance.
