Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an Operations Manager for a Chesterfield-based role with travel to Wakefield to oversee social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance projects for housing associations, ALMOs and local councils.

You will lead Project Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget while driving profitability, quality and tenant satisfaction.

• Experience delivering social housing/planned maintenance projects required.
• Experience leading large teams to deliver on time and on budget.
• Strong focus on quality, customer service and contract profitability.
