Job summary

Howells Solutions Limited is seeking an Operations Manager for a Chesterfield-based role with travel to Wakefield to oversee social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance projects for housing associations, ALMOs and local councils.

You will lead Project Managers, Site Managers, Resident Liaison Officers and subcontractors, ensuring work is delivered on time and within budget while driving profitability, quality and tenant satisfaction.

Operations Manager - Social Housing Refurbishment/Planned Maintenance

Chesterfield based (with travel)

£75K +Car Allowance + Benefits

We are working with a leading national contractor operating within the property services market to recruit an Operations Manager to join their highly successful team based in Chesterfield, with travel to Wakefield office.

The Operations Manager will oversee teams delivering planned maintenance programs including kitchen and bathroom refurbs, passive fire, decarbonisation/retrofit, electrical, legal disrepair and voids contracts for housing associations, ALMOs, and local councils. We are looking for candidates with comparable experience working for a Main Contractor.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and driven Operations Manager with a determined and motivated attitude. You will be instrumental in managing the contracts and leading a team of Project Managers, Site Manager's, Resident Liaison Officers, and subcontractors.
