Job summary

Established Search in Leeds, United Kingdom, is hiring an Operations Manager to support the continued growth of the business. The role partners with the leadership team to own the operational infrastructure behind our consultants and to drive practical improvements across workstreams.

We seek a highly organised, commercially minded candidate who can take ownership, manage recruitment operations, oversee onboarding/offboarding, coordinate payroll data with an external accountant, and help scale

Qualifications

• Highly organised, commercially minded and proactive.
• Experience in recruitment operations or executive search preferred.
• Ability to own multiple workstreams and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Managing key people operations, including employee records, right-to-work documentation, holidays, absence and other employee administration
• Owning the onboarding and offboarding process for new employees
• Calculating monthly consultant commissions and coordinating payroll information with our external accountant
• Managing our internal recruitment process, including job adverts, applications, and first-stage interviews
• Coordinating business travel, conferences, team events and other logistics
• Supporting invoicing, aged debt and payment chasing
• Owning the operational onboarding and effective use of systems
• Building and improving processes as the businesses continue to scale
• Supporting the Managing Director with ad-hoc business projects and initiatives
• Helping turn commercial ideas and insights into simple content frameworks and briefs for our external marketing partner
