Cavendish Nuclear is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations at Cambridge Road, Whetstone, Leicestershire, with hybrid working and a minimum three days on site each week.

You will oversee operational activities in a regulated environment, drive health and safety, quality and efficiency, manage budgets and stakeholder relationships to deliver customer satisfaction and business objectives.

• Experience leading operations in regulated environments.
• Strong financial awareness and budgeting experience.
• Proven ability to manage diverse operational teams and stakeholders.
