Job summary

MCS Group is recruiting an Operations Manager (Mechanical Engineering) for a role based in Co. Antrim. You will lead mechanical operations across projects, coordinating fabrication, installation and site delivery to ensure safety, quality and on-time performance.

You will work closely with project, design and commercial teams to drive operational excellence, manage budgets and develop efficient, scalable processes for a growing mechanical engineering business in Northern Ireland.

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical operations, fabrication, installation or construction.
• Experience leading teams and managing multiple projects.
• Experience delivering projects safely, on time and within budget.
• Strong commercial, planning and problem-solving skills.
