We’re working with a privately owned, fast-growing main contractor specialising in planned refurbishments within the social housing sector – delivering high-quality internal and external refurbishments, SHDF-funded retrofit decarbonisation, and cladding/fire remediation projects across London.
Following a recent major rebrand and a pipeline of secured long-term frameworks, our client is entering a transformational growth phase, set to double in size over the next three years. As Operations Manager, you will report directly to the Construction Director and take overall responsibility for project delivery teams across multiple frameworks and workstreams. You’ll lead a team of five experienced Contracts Managers, ensuring the safe, efficient, and high-quality delivery of works in occupied homes.
