You will lead multi-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and implement continuous improvements to deliver excellent customer service and cost efficiency. The role offers a Monday to Friday schedule with benefits including Life Assurance, Pension, and more.

Qualifications

• CPC or equivalent desirable.
• Working knowledge of Highway Code, EU tachograph requirements, Working Time Regulations and Road Transport Regulations.
• Proven operational experience in logistics services.
• Experience managing multi-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and customer growth orientation.

Responsibilities

• Work with colleagues to execute company strategies to meet MD/board goals.
• Support policy communication and regulatory compliance across the business.
• Develop staff with succession planning and capability growth.
• Help manage resources and costs to maximise profitability.
• Support day-to-day operations to deliver high customer service levels.
• Continuously analyse processes and implement improvements for efficiency and compliance.
