About the job

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee YouTube vendor operations, ensuring support for users and creators. You will manage product feedback, bugs, abuse reports, and other data to improve user experience. You will handle vendor performance, staffing, SLA adherence, quality, and operational metrics, and develop strategic projects related to global vendor operations. This role may involve exposure to graphic or offensive content during escalations.

Responsibilities
