Position:

Mission

The In-Store Operations Manager works closely with the Store Manager to support store operations and ensure all back-of-house activities run smoothly. Responsibilities include managing IT systems, facilities, stock availability, inventory, security, logistics, and after-sales services.

Job responsibilities:

  • Ensure proper store operations according to guidelines
  • Operate the Retail Pro Management system for stock transfer, arrivals, and payments
  • Manage and maintain store facilities, including repairs and replacements
  • Oversee maintenance of lighting and electrical systems
  • Organize back-of-house areas and stock rooms
  • Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to verify work standards
  • Control store expenses and maintain accurate records
  • Ensure proper procedures for cash, credit card, and check processing
  • Manage petty cash according to company policy
  • Conduct inventories and cycle counts
  • Support legal, security, cash controls, and audit procedures
  • Manage packaging, stationary, CRM materials, and repairs
  • Oversee shipment, transfer, and consignment processing
  • Ensure staff compliance with HR and POS policies

Additional duties may be assigned as required.

Profile:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in fashion or luxury retail back-of-house
