The Koru Collective seeks an organised, proactive Operations Manager & Executive Support to join our boutique transformation, leadership and organisational development consultancy. You will work closely with our CEO to keep clients, projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.

The Koru Collective is looking for an organised, proactive and dependable Operations Manager & Executive Support to join our boutique transformation, leadership and organisational development consultancy.
This is a varied role at the heart of the business, working closely with our CEO to keep our clients, projects and day-to-day operations running smoothly.
No two weeks will necessarily look the same. You could be coordinating a leadership programme, arranging coaching sessions, preparing a client proposal, raising invoices, booking travel, organising a workshop or making sure the CEO has everything needed for the week ahead.
We're looking for somebody who enjoys bringing order to a busy environment, takes ownership of their work and is comfortable using their initiative to keep things moving. We deal with high profile clients and confidentiality is key.
The role will occasionally involve supporting Koru retreats, client workshops or events, which may require one or two nights away from home. Flexibility will therefore be important, although wherever possible at least one month's notice will be provided to allow appropriate planning. As some events may take place outside the UK, the successful candidate will need to hold a valid passport and be comfortable with occasional travel as part of the role.
As part of working closely with the CEO, the position also includes an element of personal administration. This may include managing appointments and commitments, making bookings, occasional family administration and helping with practical tasks such as gifts, post, parcels and returns.
The role is predominantly based in a purpose-built office space built in the grounds of the CEO's home, so it's important that you're comfortable working within a home-based environment.
If you're someone who enjoys making things happen, keeping things organised and being the person others can rely on to make sure nothing gets missed, we'd love to hear from you with c.v. and letter letting us know why you would be great for this role.
