Castlebridge Hospitality's boutique Hotel Indigo Bath is seeking an ambitious Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day hotel operations, drive sales and monitor KPIs while delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will partner with the General Manager, coach heads of department, ensure health and safety compliance, manage budgets, and strive to raise service standards across Food & Beverage.

Qualifications

• Hotel/retail or hospitality operations management experience.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams to deliver high service standards.
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for guest experience.

• Partner with General Manager to monitor budgets and cost control across departments.
