You'll drive performance, support continuous improvement, and build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders, while working in a hybrid arrangement and coordinating across functions to meet safety and delivery targets.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and influencing stakeholders in an operational environment.
• Strong communication skills to engage at senior site level.
• Understanding of workforce development, training needs, and skills planning.
• Ability to collaborate across multiple functions to deliver excellent customer service.
• Knowledge of health and safety policies, procedures, and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead the operational delivery of outputs across the Mowag Programme, ensuring teams have the people, tools, systems, and processes needed to safely deliver high-quality results.
• Drive performance and support continuous improvement within the programme.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders to meet delivery targets.
• Ensure delivery targets are achieved safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards.
