Solutions Limited in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a background in construction to oversee multiple roofing refurbishment projects across the East Midlands.

You will lead contracts managers and site teams, manage programmes and budgets, build strong client relationships, and drive forward planning to support growth in a Midlands-based operation.

Qualifications

• Operational management experience within construction.
• Proven multi-site management experience.
• Excellent organisation and forward planning.
• Experience in roofing refurbishments desirable.
• Full UK Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

Operations Manager – Construction

Nottingham

Monday – Friday 39 hour week

£65,000 – £75,000 + Company Vehicle/Allowance + Bonus + Progression

Are you an experienced Operations Manager with a background in construction? Are you looking for a Midlands based role, where you will take ownership of overseeing multiple sites for key clients in a growing, well respected business?

This established family feel business has built an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality roofing and refurbishment projects across the region. They have secured a new long-term contract and are looking to appoint a permanent Operations Manager to lead the business across the region.

You will play a pivotal role in the company’s key growth period, as they build out their management team. You will have direct responsibility for contracts managers and site mangers, with an overview of multiple roofing refurbishment projects across s the east midlands.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual, with excellence people management, forward planning and organisational skills looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make decisions without unnecessary layers of management. You will be trusted to manage multiple sites, overseeing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.

The Role:
