• Ability to network with diverse stakeholders and lead business development.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with key contacts in our regions, targeting the private market.
• Lead Sales & Business Development activities for all branches.
• Ensure services are fully resourced through effective recruitment management.
• Undertake regular audits of branches to ensure financial and operational processes are in place.
• Conduct one-to-one reviews with branch managers to develop their business areas and skills.
