Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior hospitality leader.
• Background in luxury hotels, private members clubs or high-end hospitality.
• Experience overseeing both FOH and BOH operations.
• Kitchen management experience is required.
• Excellent understanding of F&B, service and guest experience.

Job Title: Operations Manager – Luxury Care Home
Salary: Up to £70,000
Location: London

My client is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a luxury care home in London. This is a hands-on leadership role overseeing the full guest journey across Front of House, Food & Beverage, Kitchen and Housekeeping. You’ll be responsible for maintaining exceptional service standards, developing teams and ensuring the operation runs seamlessly behind the scenes.
