Role of Activities Manager at David Lloyd Clubs:
You will lead and manage the operations of all activities in the Fitness, Group Exercise, Racquets, Swim, and Families Departments, ensuring members have a fabulous experience daily. You will also act as Duty Manager, overseeing the club's efficient operation.
Key to this role is selecting and leading a team capable of delivering exceptional service. You will recruit, train, and empower your team to ensure they perform at their best and provide an outstanding experience to members.
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience Needed:
We seek a self-motivated manager who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and collaborates effectively with the General Manager to ensure a safe and premium club experience.
Experience in managing teams in service-led facilities (e.g., restaurants, attractions, retail, sports, or leisure) is essential. Knowledge of managing multiple functions with varying challenges, financial planning, and management experience are also required. A passion for customer service and excellent communication skills are vital.
