We seek a dynamic Operations Manager with initiative and problem-solving skills, experienced in NPD, supply chain, logistics, and stock management. Knowledge of systems, good analytical skills, efficiency, and a proactive attitude are essential.

Role Responsibilities:

1. Stock Management
2. Creating demand forecasts
3. Monitoring stock levels and sales trends
4. Optimizing stock levels balancing service and costs
5. Reporting on KPIs
6. Setting reorder levels and placing purchase orders
7. Managing supplier relationships and inbound goods
8. Managing Kitting Forecasts and production orders
9. Planning intra-warehouse deliveries

1. Sourcing and Procurement
2. Sourcing products and components for value
3. Re-procuring existing products for favorable terms
4. Managing key suppliers and contracts

1. NPD Sourcing Activities
2. Maintaining relationships with raw material suppliers
3. Ordering components and raw materials
4. Placing orders within launch timelines
5. Ensuring registration compliance for EU and UK

1. Maintenance of Standard Costs
2. Updating costs quarterly

1. Management of 3PL Providers
2. Contract management, KPI performance, budgeting
3. Representing internal teams and validating invoices
4. Leading contract reviews
