Job description

TITLE
Operations Manager

INTRODUCTION
Our client is an ambitious growing international brand with an emphasis on product and design excellence. They have a longstanding UK presence and global operations employing over 500 staff. They now require an adaptable operations manager to oversee reporting, admin and support the UK team.

LOCATION
Coventry office
(Commutable from Birmingham, Warwick, Rugby, Royal Leamington Spa, Hinckley, Leicester, Lutterworth, Bedworth, Nuneaton, Market Harborough, Crick, Daventry, or close.

THE JOB ROLE
The Operations Manager role is office-based 5 days per week, and involves:
  • Overseeing the general operational running of the company, across the team and premises (no team leadership is involved).
  • Creating monthly sales and operational reports, using in-house CRM and software.
  • Liaising with 3rd party accountants to support compliance and track costs, invoicing, expenses.
  • Working with 3rd party HR consultants to ensure compliance.
  • Operational management of the company’s vehicle fleet.
  • Supporting the customer services function.
THE PERSON NEEDED
For the Operations Manager role full training is provided, but our client is looking for broad business management and operational skills, including:
  • A structured and highly organised work methodology.
  • An adaptable approach to being part of a small office team.
  • Broad confidence with technology, including Microsoft office and CRM systems.
  • A confident people person who can build rapport with teams across the business.
THE REWARDS
£35-40K Basic salary (doe)
Pension scheme, Bupa healthcare, 25 days leave.
