Overview

Sue Ross Recruitment are looking for an inspiring leader with a passion for delivering excellent client outcomes. We’re looking for an Operations Manager to lead a team of Serious Injury professionals towards delivery of operational, customer and financial performance. Implementing effective coaching and mentoring techniques to ensure team objectives and targets are achieved in accordance with business strategy and relevant regulatory requirements. This is a great opportunity to be part of a leadership team for the Serious Injury Department and help Senior Leaders deliver growth, engagement, excellent customer service and performance.

What you’ll do
  • Lead and motivate a team of Serious Injury professionals through effective coaching and mentoring.
  • Ensure operational, customer, and financial targets are met in line with business strategy.
  • Manage recruitment, resources, and performance to maintain efficiency and quality.
  • Embed new systems and processes, building team capability and resilience.
  • Anticipate risks, safeguard compliance, and ensure high-quality case progression.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to foster continuous improvement and staff engagement.
