A leading company in mobility innovation seeks an Operations Manager to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. Operations Manager – Do you have strong leadership experience in a production or workshop environment? Are you driven with the business acumen to propel our company forward? If so, join our team as their Operations Manager, based in Lowestoft, Suffolk on a full-time permanent basis.

As Operations Manager, you will support the Managing Director in leading our team to ensure all projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to high-quality standards. You will focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency, maintaining excellent customer satisfaction. The role involves working 5 days a week from 7:30am to 5pm.
You should have a strong background in operational leadership within a production or workshop environment. As Operations Manager, you will demonstrate adaptability and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Essential skills include strong leadership and team development, understanding of engineering processes, project management, and Lean management. A proactive problem-solving approach, excellent organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, familiarity with Health and Safety regulations, and experience with ERP systems are also required. Ideally, you will hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
