Job summary

House of Genisis in Norwich is seeking a permanent Service Leader to work with the Board of Trustees to deliver homelessness prevention and safe, compliant support services. The role is a full-time post, 37 hours a week, with a salary in the £35k–£38k range depending on experience.

You will lead a team and volunteers, manage budgets, build partnerships, and ensure properties meet safety and HMO requirements. An enhanced DBS check is required.

• Finance: experience managing budgets, fundraising and identifying opportunities to maximise income.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications & Experience
