Job summary

Mana Resourcing Ltd is recruiting for an Operations Manager in Northamptonshire. The role covers day-to-day manufacturing operations, production planning, and coordination of purchasing, warehousing and facilities.

You will lead multiple departments and uphold health, safety and compliance standards, driving continuous improvement across the site. Applicants should have an automotive background, proven leadership experience and a NEBOSH qualification, with strong knowledge of production planning

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager, Production Manager or Manufacturing Manager.
• Automotive background.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors.
• NEBOSH qualification.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day production and manufacturing operations.
• Plan and schedule production activities to meet demand.
• Coordinate purchasing and supply chain activities.
• Manage warehouse operations and inventory control.
• Oversee facilities, maintenance and plant safety compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across operations.
• Provide leadership and people management for the team.
