Mana Resourcing Ltd is recruiting an Operations Manager for a client based in Northamptonshire. The role covers manufacturing operations, planning, purchasing, warehouse, facilities and safety.

You will lead diverse teams, drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with health & safety standards. The ideal candidate has proven experience in an Operations/Production/Manufacturing Manager position, an automotive background, and strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain

Qualifications

• Experience in an Operations/Production/Manufacturing Manager role.
• Automotive background preferred.
• Strong knowledge of production planning and supply chain processes.
• Experience managing multiple departments and supervisors.
• NEBOSH qualification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations across production, planning, purchasing, warehouse and facilities.
• Lead health, safety and compliance initiatives across the site.
• Drive continuous improvement and cost efficiency across departments.
• Provide leadership and people management to supervise multiple teams.

The Role

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the manufacturing business. This is an all encompassing genuine Operations Manager position - As such you will have Key Responsibilities for:
