Are you an experienced Operations Manager looking to join a market-leading estate agency with a great brand? Then, this may be the role for you!

This company has a successful network of offices throughout Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Wiltshire and has gained an excellent reputation due to their exceptional service levels.

This is a varied role, and our client is looking for someone who can deal with compliance, AML, HR/recruitment, and build & maintain relationships with suppliers. If you believe you can hit the ground running and achieve fantastic results, please get in touch today!

Responsibilities will include:

  • Managing group compliance and audit checks, in conjunction with Lettings Operations Director
  • Managing recruitment and HR processes and protocols
  • Managing Health & Safety policies and protocols
  • New joiner inductions and onboarding
  • Group Money Laundering Reporting Officer
  • Managing company hardware, in conjunction with IT supplier
  • Procurement and managing relationships with suppliers ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget
  • Managing intruder and fire alarms where required
  • Complaint investigations
  • Compilation of company statistics as required.

Personal specification:

  • Experience within a similar role within the property industry
  • Understanding of HR processes and protocols
  • Understanding of relevant compliance
  • A strong work ethic
  • Great attention to detail
  • The ability to work under pressure

The salary on offer will be in the region of £45,000 to £70,000 depending on the experience, qualifications and ability of the successful candidate.

Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm.
