Operations Manager

Working for a leading established organisation, this opportunity offers long term career progression and an extremely rewarding career. Providing services to law firms across a range of disciplines this rapidly expanding organisation are looking for professional and credible candidates who have ideally come from a medico legal background. However, as this is a desirable we will look at candidates who have come from different industries who show excellent people management and leadership skills.

As an Operations Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of the business to ensure operational efficiency, productivity and quality. You will co-ordinate between departments, and implement strategies to exceed expectations, whilst managing a team of 6 Case Managers.

Duties

• Oversee the daily business activities with a team of 6 Case Managers
• Co-ordinate and host team meetings, to identify any risks and discuss workload
• Train and support new starters, assist the team with queries and questions
• Implement and refine any processes to improve standards within the team
• Track, monitor and allocate all workloads, setting targets and managing commission for the team
• Manage budgets, forecasts and financial reporting
• Work with cross functional teams - HR, Finance, Exec Team
• Lead and support projects
• Work as part of the SLT - attending meetings, providing board updates and keeping track of meeting notes
