ersg is currently searching for an Operations Manager on behalf of a rapidly growing client. Our client has a strong background in the Rail and Infrastructure sectors and has recently achieved success within the Renewables sector. As an Operations Manager, successful candidates will be responsible for managing over 60 staff (sub-contractors and in-house staff) and delivering sustainable growth.

This role requires extensive experience within the UK Utility-Scale Solar sector and a strong understanding of M&E + Civil Engineering. Candidates should be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver multiple projects concurrently to the highest standards to ensure business growth.

The successful applicant will be based at the company's HQ in North-West London and will be expected to work there regularly. The package is around £80,000, including a profit share scheme, a company car, and benefits such as private healthcare.
