Job summary

We’re recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing, technology-led logistics business that is transforming how parcels move through the e-commerce delivery network. We’re seeking a hands-on Shift Manager to lead sortation operations at our London site, owning a busy shift and ensuring safety, productivity, quality and service targets are met.

You will manage frontline operatives, allocate resources by demand, support recruitment and training, and drive performance improvements while upholding

We’re recruiting on behalf of a rapidly growing, technology-led logistics business that is transforming how parcels move through the e-commerce delivery network.

The company is looking for a hands-on Shift Manager to lead sortation operations at its London site. You’ll take ownership of a busy shift, manage a frontline operational team and ensure targets for safety, productivity, quality and service are consistently achieved.

What you’ll be doing:

• Overseeing parcel-sortation operations throughout your shift
• Leading, motivating and coaching a team of site operatives
• Allocating people and resources according to operational demand
• Supporting recruitment, onboarding and training

What we’re looking for:

• Leadership experience within warehousing, logistics, distribution, fulfilment, parcel delivery, manufacturing or a similar fast-paced environment
