Are you an accomplished Construction leader in an Operations/Senior Project OR Contracts Management role, seeking a new challenge in London and the surrounding area(s)?

NES Fircroft is working with a well-established and forward-thinking construction services company that is looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong background primarily across fit-out, refurbishment, and architectural building services projects within the Office, Life sciences, Pharma, and Energy sectors across the capital.

This is a pivotal leadership position where you will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple projects, typically ranging from £5 million to £35 million. You will guide and mentor a team of successful Project and Construction Managers, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Your key responsibilities will involve:

1. Overseeing the operational delivery of multiple construction projects at varying stages, from conception to completion.
2. Leading, managing, and developing a team of Project and Construction Managers, including direct reports.
3. Ensuring robust project planning, financial control, risk management, and fostering strong client relationships.
4. Driving a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement across all projects.
5. Collaborating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, while undertaking regular site visits to monitor progress.

To excel in this position, you will need a substantial background in building services projects within the UK construction market. We are looking for candidates with:

• A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering building services projects valued between £5M and £35M.
• Significant experience in a similar leadership role (Operations Manager, Senior Project Manager, or Contracts Manager).
• Strong leadership, people management skills, and excellent commercial acumen with contractual understanding.
• The ability to operate from a central London office and travel to sites as required, demonstrating a proactive, results-oriented approach.
