Operations Manager – B&I Contract Catering

Location: Southeast England

Salary: Up to £55,000 + Package

The Role:

We are recruiting on a great role with an established company within B&I Contract Catering. As Operations Manager you will be overseeing a small portfolio of mixed B&I clients in North Kent and West Sussex. The role would suit a candidate who is looking to take the next step in their career and move from a group or account role into an Operations Manager position. Although B&I experience is desirable, other backgrounds will be considered within Contract Catering.

Key Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for ensuring the best possible service is delivered across your portfolio whilst managing your client’s expectations.
• You will be responsible for the development of your team whilst staying ahead of the game and always looking to continuously improve the offer.
• You will be financially astute and proven in commercial contracts.
• The company covers staff dining, retail, vending, fine dining, and executive hospitality.
• It’s essential that you are innovative, creative, and up to speed on all current food trends.

The Successful Candidate:

• Multisite experience within Contract Catering is desirable bit a candidate from a large singular contract will be considered
