We are seeking an Operations Manager to join a specialist printing company, leading production staff to deliver complete printed products. The role involves maintaining a positive work environment focused on business outcomes, customer service, and staff development.

Key objectives include:

1. Ensuring factory services meet commitments, policies, procedures, and quality standards.
2. Managing human resources and assets in line with policies, including maintaining a safe and healthy workplace.
3. Achieving financial and operational targets through efficiency, sound practices, and customer satisfaction.
4. Building strong industry relationships and networks.

Success depends on excellent interpersonal skills, communication, staff development, and managing change.

Experience required:

• Knowledge of Digital Print processes, including structured and personalized print, colour management, finishing, and quality control.
• Experience with Digital Flatbed or CNC cutters.
• Understanding of design, colour theory, and colour management.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Knowledge of CAD and DXF files.
• Understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles.
• Leadership skills with a team-oriented approach.
• Strong planning and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to analyze operational, financial, and management reports.
• Experience in producing manufacturing performance reports.
• Innovative, creative, and decisive.
• Flexible and adaptable to change.
