About the Role

Retail is ever-changing. As we continue to transform our stores for the future and grow our online proposition to meet increasing customer demand, we are looking for customer-focused leaders to drive service excellence across both the store and our online operation.

Our Operations Managers are integral to the successful execution of our strategy and have overall accountability for the leadership and profitability of our online operation, food hall, nights, and warehouse operations. The successful applicant will be responsible for delivering high operational standards within these areas, enabling a high-performance culture within their team. They will be committed to our strategy, purpose, and customers, ensuring both in-store and online customers have an outstanding shopping experience.

As part of the leadership team, you will work a three-week rolling rota including weekends, evenings, and late nights. As a duty management team member, you will sometimes be solely responsible for the store, requiring confidence in overseeing operations comprehensively.

About You

You will have a proven track record in leading diverse teams, delivering operational excellence, and working in fast-paced environments. You should be adaptable to change, detail-oriented, and capable of executing plans effectively.

You will have an engaging leadership style, be a strong coach and mentor, and influence at all levels. Excellent communication skills and flexibility in your approach are essential.
