Job summary

CBC Resourcing Solutions Midlands is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead teams across Payouts, Customer Service and Proposals. The role requires a proven track record of running an operations-focused team within Asset Finance and a flair for process improvement.

You will drive training, manage customer relationships, and oversee IT system-related operations while ensuring policy compliance and stakeholder alignment to support ongoing growth.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of running a team within Asset Finance.
• Experience leading teams covering Payouts, Customer Service and Proposals.
• Strong ability to train and develop staff with objective setting and appraisals.

Responsibilities

• Produce and implement training plans and personal objectives for the team, including completion of appraisals and one-2-one reviews
• Manage, maintain and build the relationships with internal and external customers enhancing and developing relationships
• Manage relevant operational risk associated with the operation of the IT system and the in-life activity of customer accounts
• Provide guidance regarding the IT System and related operational issues
• Ensure compliance with applicable policies and procedures
• Working with all relevant stakeholders to ensure that IT system requirements remain fit for purpose and will continue to support the ongoing grow of the customer base
• Working with a “right first time” and continuous improvement ethos

Due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to run their teams covering Payouts, Customer Service and Proposals.

The successful Operations Manager will have a proven track record of running a team within Asset Finance.
