The successful Operations & Logistics Manager will be responsible for designing and implementing durable procedures that support the demands of grocery and wholesale customers, while achieving product margins, on-time delivery, and minimizing inventory holdings.

The role involves:

• Managing third-party operations for longer-life coffee products
• Devising and implementing logistics strategies for new grocery/wholesale customer setups to support launch volumes and maximize margins
• Minimizing cash tied in inventory when third-party volumes exceed launch requirements
• Planning for storage space and product BBE dates when holding products for lower volume orders
• sourcing packaging suppliers aligned with business needs for new product launches, managing communication, artwork, sampling, sign-off, and production
• Managing third-party logistics freight forwarders for collection and delivery, optimizing costs and environmental efficiency

To succeed as an Operations & Logistics Manager, candidates should have:

• At least three to five years of experience in operations or project management roles
• Strong data analysis, planning, and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to develop and execute robust plans with determination
