RGML is a group-backed business with Rhino, Oceros and Halo brands, seeking an Operational Support Administrator to streamline warehouse admin and logistics. You will help recruit temporary staff, manage travel for operators and coordinate purchasing and stock control.

The role suits a detail-oriented, system-literate candidate able to work in a fast-paced, variable schedule and to support a growing operation across Rhino and RGML.

Qualifications

• Experience in operational, warehouse or logistics support.
• Experience coordinating recruitment or temporary staffing, including right to work checks.
• Confident user of warehouse, inventory or purchasing systems.
• Understanding of purchase orders, goods-receiving and invoice-matching processes.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail; can juggle multiple streams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruitment of temporary operational staff and track documentation.
• Book travel and accommodation for operators delivering event kit.
• Manage purchasing administration and monitor stock levels.
• Process supplier invoices and match to POs and goods received.
• Support the wider operation and adapt to demand fluctuations.
