Role Purpose

To support the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing capability of the BSG Operation teams and the delivery of client training.

Responsibilities
  • Input into the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programmes and procedures for both internal & external training requirements.
  • Deliver face-to-face and online training sessions, including mandatory and annual learning.
  • Develop training materials.
  • Assist with recruitment, onboarding, induction, and certification of new recruits.
  • Undertake regular employee quality assessments to identify training needs.
  • Assist with the development and delivery of client training.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all relevant company/client policies, procedures, and regulations.
  • Maintain and update training records and procedures in line with company, certification, and legislative requirements.
  • Support ISO QMS, conduct internal audits, and assist with external audits.
  • Provide reports and insights as required.
  • Perform any other duties within the scope of the job purpose.
