Job summary

HSBC is seeking an experienced Senior Operations Manager for the Chief Technology Office Infrastructure (CTOi) to lead operations, strategic finance, and vendor management. You will drive cost reduction, simplification, consolidation, and strategic delivery in collaboration with Technology, COO, Procurement, Finance, Architecture and Risk teams.

The role requires strong vendor management skills, finance acumen, and the ability to deliver data-driven insights to senior leadership while navigating

Qualifications

Proven experience driving operational performance and commercial optimisation across finance, workforce and vendor management.
Experience managing complex, large vendor service arrangements and multi-year contracts.
Strong ability to communicate complex technical and financial topics to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

Develop business cases to support delivery of strategic objectives.
Define and execute long-term strategies for major vendors, optimization and infrastructure simplification.
Provide clear executive reporting, decision support and risk insight to enable sponsor and senior-leader decisions.
Lead optimisation planning and execution aligned with CTOi strategy and priorities.
