Job summary

Morgan Hunt is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a Supported Housing project in Oxfordshire. You will oversee a team working across mental health services, providing leadership and day-to-day management to ensure high-quality support.

The role requires a background in supported housing, mental health, or social care, with a focus on safeguarding, performance monitoring and collaborative service delivery. This is an ongoing contract, with a salary aligned to hourly rate.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and support a team of Supported Housing Officers across mental health services
• Provide effective operational leadership, guidance and day-to-day management
• Ensure services are delivered in line with organisational policies, procedures and relevant regulatory requirements
• Monitor service quality, performance and outcomes
• Support staff development, supervision and performance management
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure effective service delivery
• Identify and address operational issues, risks and areas for improvement
• Promote a person-centred approach to supporting individuals with mental health needs
• Ensure appropriate safeguarding, health and safety and risk management processes are followed
